Service Description
BasedOnBusiness is a credit-based SaaS tool that collects publicly available business data from Google Maps. It is intended for legitimate business prospecting purposes.
Credit Purchases & Refunds
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. If you experience a technical issue, contact us within 7 days of purchase to initiate a review. All payments are processed in USD via Stripe.
Acceptable Use
You may only use the service for lawful purposes. Sending spam, collecting data for illegal activities, or misusing the platform is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Limitation of Liability
BasedOnBusiness does not guarantee the accuracy of scraped data. The service is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
